As we wrap up 2025 and shovel our way into 2026, we want to share some exciting news. Mrs. Michael has been voted Livingston County’s Best of the Best for our Electric and Plumbing divisions while being a finalist for HVAC this year.
This recognition reflects the commitment we have had to the Livingston County community for nearly 25 years, and what makes these votes extra special is the support from our friends, family, and customers, both new and old, who allow us into their homes during their moments of crisis. From the call center to our technicians in the field, our entire organization understands the responsibility we have to help our customers during their moment of need, and whether they are big or small repairs, our customers’ kind words and smiles make the long days worth it and having the recognition from our community is something we’re truly grateful for.
Each member of our staff has their own memory of a job that stuck with them, from helping a customer who had no heat, fixing a disposal on a holiday, or finding an electric wiring issue that had stumped numerous other technicians. These moments add up, and this recognition feels like a reflection of all of those days put together.
All of that to say Thank You, Livingston County for continuing to support our group. We look forward to continuing to support all of our amazing customers, and we can’t wait to go for a clean sweep next year!
